About Me
I’ve been working in the Mortgage Industry since 1999 and have loved every minute of it. This business is challenging, fast-paced and exciting. There is never a dull moment!
The most rewarding part of my job is when I get to help my clients buy the house of their dreams. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, looking into buying an investment home, upgrading, or downsizing, I enjoy it all.
Throughout my career I’ve had the privilege of being able to help hundreds of families reach their dreams of home ownership. I also enjoy consulting with those who already own their homes and deciding if refinancing is the right choice for them!
My team and I specialize in many different loan programs, Conventional, USDA, FHA, VA and many more. We offer a variety of state, county, and city housing programs that provide down payment assistance for our buyers. Outside of work, I am blessed with a great husband and together we have four amazing children, Jordan, Allison, Justin, and Ryan. I am blessed with the rare opportunity of sharing the passion I have for lending with my daughter and get to work with her, as she is a member of my team. She will also be blessing us with our first grandson any day now!! If I’m not at the office, you can find me camping, fishing, or just enjoying a backyard BBQ with friends and family.

I had spent 4 years trying to buy a place and had worked with several different lenders / loan officers to discuss my options over the years. I truly had never experienced anything close to the level of care and assistance that Peggy and her team provided me. Peggy took so much of her time discussing different options for my loan in great detail with me, helped me weigh the pros and cons, researched the SDC waiver program in connection with the home I purchased since she had not seen it yet, and she explained everything to me. She also contacted the sellers agent (before my realtor even did) to ask a few clarifying questions just to make sure that I had a full understanding of the program and the process of applying to it, which was super important as that could have delayed closing. Peggy even researched additional programs that she found for me to apply to, to ensure that I was getting as many benefits as possible. Additionally, the closing team, Cassidy and Allison, were extremely helpful and so patient with me as we wrapped up my first home purchase. I never waited on a single response, my phone calls and emails were always answered right away. I honestly could not ask for a better experience as a first time home buyer.
