Savanna Favara

I'm Savanna Favara, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage in Sandy, Oregon. I've worked in the mortgage industry since 2016, and I help homebuyers and homeowners understand their financing options with clear communication, practical education, and a get-it-done approach.

My path into mortgage lending started after my husband and I bought our first home. At the time, I was working in home equity and auto lending at OnPoint Credit Union. That experience, combined with my own homebuying journey, showed me how much the right guidance can change the way a major financial decision feels. I joined the mortgage industry in 2016 and have been focused on helping people feel informed and prepared ever since.

I especially enjoy working with veterans, first-time homebuyers, first responders, and families who want a loan officer who will explain the process without making it feel complicated. My areas of focus include VA home loans, Oregon veteran home loan options, first-time homebuyer financing, and down payment assistance. I'm known for staying calm, communicating clearly, and pushing a file forward when there is a path to get it done. I also care deeply about helping my referral partners grow through strong communication, problem solving, and real relationship building.

I'm proud to have earned Guild Mortgage Circle of Honor recognition in 2024 and 2025. Outside of work, I'm a mom of two boys, a local Sandy community member, and the organizer of Sandy Business Exchange, a growing monthly networking group. My family and I love camping, dirt bikes, fishing, local events, antiques, and working toward our own hobby-farm lifestyle.
