Hi there, I am Melissa Tippey, Born and raised in Oregon. Since 2011, I've been building experience and dedication to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mortgages and real estate transactions with expertise and care.
It has been an amazing journey to get to a place where I can serve so many amazing customers that I get to call friends.
In my personal world, I have been a devoted mother of two amazing children and our fur babies: 3 dogs and 3 cats. Family is the core of everything I do, and I get to help each client with that value at heart.
I truly love helping others, having the qualification with licenses covering multiple states, from Oregon, to Washington, Arizona, Texas, or Idaho, I am here to tailor strategies for your needs to accomplish your goals.

This is my experience: An " A+ Experience" So I tend not to do reviews. It's not something I overly enjoyed doing. But this time I fell overly compelled to write one. This is regarding my experience with Guild Mortgage and Melissa T. Even though I don't really care for techie stuff computers, esigning etc. Melissa and staff helped make it simple for me. It's kind of a bit funny but it kind of made me feel like a un-techy gosling being guided around by a mother duck. LOL Beyond just feeling comfortable with the company and Melissa's performance. I always felt like she went above and beyond what she really needed to be doing. Not just by crunching numbers and sending them over to me real quick. But it was also her finding really everything about what I was looking for. It always felt like she was really busting her bu** to find different types of ways to get the most bang for my buck . Especially since the interest rates have been a little crazy the last couple of years. With some of my experience over the years I have used four different mortgage companies . But between the Guild Mortgage family and Melissa T. This has been hands down the best group by far. So I would definitely recommend to anyone to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
