Wow what a great experience buying my first home! I worked with Kevin Palke and his amazing team. In the beginning I was stressed and didn't know where to start the process of buying a home. I received a few recommendations of Guild Mortgage and was told to contact Kevin. As soon as I spoke with Kevin I could tell I was in good hands. Without even asking me to do a credit check or how much I had saved he started clearly explaining the process. He answered all of my questions and brought up many things I hadn't even considered. Once he had answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of insight I asked to move forward with the process I didn't feel any pressure and could tell I was in good hands. Kevin is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He does a fantastic job explaining the process and the why behind everything! He was always available even checking in on me while he was on vacation. Kevin also has alot of great connections and was able to set me up with a great realtor Luis Garibay. They worked together to overcome any obstacles we encountered. They took a stressful situation and made it easy I couldn't be happier! I look forward to doing business with him in the future, Kevin is the best!
