Cody Southworth

I'm Cody Southworth, a Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving Douglas County and clients throughout Oregon. I've worked in lending since 2015, and I bring more than 25 years of service-industry experience in the local area to every client relationship.

I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers, veterans, and people who want to use real estate as part of their long-term financial future. My mortgage specialties include USDA loans, FHA loans, HELOCs, and DSCR loans. Whether someone is buying a home, exploring available financing options, or looking at real estate from an investment perspective, my goal is to make the process clear, efficient, and easier to understand.

Douglas County is home for me, and my connection to the community goes well beyond mortgages. I've spent more than 25 years working in service-focused roles in the area, I volunteer in the community, and I coach high school basketball. Outside of work, I also enjoy hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
