Savanna Favara

I joined Guild in 2016 and have found that helping people buy their first home is the most rewarding part of my job. My parents are both Veterans, so helping Veterans use the special loan programs available to them is a huge passion of mine as well. Making sure that the transaction goes smoothly with open communication and everyone on the same page is my highest priority. I love to see the houses people choose to buy and share in their vision for the home. Married in 2015, I dabble in DIY decorating and home projects of my own, so I can relate to my clients on the importance of making a house a home. 

When not working, I love playing with my two boys, Harlan & Eli. They keep me active and a little crazy at times! But I wouldn’t change this life for anything.
