I started in the mortgage industry in 2012. As a graduate of Portland State University with a degree in Real Estate Finance, housing finance has long been my focus. My goal is to provide clients and real estate partners with the tools to better understand the lending process and overcome obstacles to home ownership.

Married with two young children, I'm proud to call Portland my home. On the weekends, you can find me exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and other outdoor activities.

As a clueless, anxious home buyer, I could not have found a better person to partner with for my mortgage. Rayko Diaz and his team at Guild Mortgage were truly phenomenal throughout the entire process. They were responsive, helpful, kind, hard working and just awesome. Buying a home is often complicated, stressful and time sensitive, with so many moving parts behind the scenes. Rayko and his team were able to pivot and adjust however needed to ensure my loan was the best possible option. My home purchase had multiple extra steps involved, with additional players and needs, and never once did they make me feel uncomfortable about any of that. They treated me with respect and grace, and I'm forever grateful for their top notch service, from beginning to end. I don't think I could have bought my home without their fantastic help! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Rayko was on top of everything from the start. His experience working with Proud Ground was invaluable through the admittedly complex process. He was in constant communication with me every step of the way. Additionally, he was able to work around my schedule as needed. He is also just plain pleasant to talk to; he is very personable and friendly. As a first time homebuyer, I cant say that i have much to compare to. That being said, I couldn't imagine a better experience on the loaning side of things than what I received at Guild Mortgage. If anyone I know is thinking about purchasing a home, I'll know exactly who to recommend.
