I'm Katie Hamm, a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer based in Tigard, Oregon, proudly serving homebuyers and homeowners across Oregon, Washington, California, and Arizona. With 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I've helped clients in communities like Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, and throughout Washington and Clackamas Counties find the right home loan for their needs.

I work with homeowners and hopeful homeowners in all stages of life"”from first-time buyers in Portland to move-up buyers in West Linn, veterans relocating to Vancouver, and investors expanding in Eugene or Bend. I specialize in conventional, jumbo, VA, FHA, and investor mortgage programs, and I'm passionate about helping people feel confident and informed throughout the home financing journey.

Outside of work, I love traveling around the Pacific Northwest and beyond with my husband, daughters, and our golden retriever. You'll often find me at softball tournaments or dance competitions, in the kitchen trying new recipes, or on the tennis court. I also stay active in the community by volunteering with the PTA at my daughter's school and supporting local events.
