About me
My name is Jessica Fritts, a mortgage loan originator doing business in Oregon, Washington and California.
I specialize in complex financials and know how to apply that data for a smoother transaction. Each situation is unique so it's important to work with a mortgage lender that has a deep understanding of finance, economics, and real estate. I help people build an economic strategy for short-term and long-term real estate goals, and then I help them execute that plan with precision and ease. I enjoy working in the debt side of financial planning. My clients experience one-on-one attention and advice tailored for them personally.
I sit in the cheer section for the Portland Thorns, the University of Portland Pilots Women's soccer team and any game the young people in my life play. I am an aunt, stepmom and godmother to a few of our next generation.
In 2025 I decided to expand my knowledge and abilities by obtaining my real estate license. This additional license allows me to be the single point of contact for my buyer clients. I can represent them as a real estate broker and mortgage loan originator. I am licensed to conduct real estate in Oregon under broker license #201258874.
