About me

My name is Jessica Fritts, a mortgage loan originator authorized to do business in California, Oregon and Washington. I specialize in complex financials and knowing how to apply that data for a smoother transaction. If you are an entrepreneur, multi-business owner, have complicated tax filings, previous bankruptcy, current divorce, foreclosure, short-sale, 1031 exchange transactions or for any other reason you need a creative mind I can help you. Each situation is unique so it's important to work with a mortgage lender that has a deep understanding of finance, economics, and real estate. I started way back in 2002! I help people build an economic strategy for short-term and long-term real estate goals, and then I help them execute that plan with precision and ease. I enjoy working in the debt side of financial planning. My clients experience one-on-one attention and advice tailored toward their scenario by applying over two decades of mortgage lending knowledge and my bachelor's degree in finance and economics. I live in Portland, Oregon and enjoy home ownership because it allows me to design and decorate my home as I like, grow and maintain a vibrant garden, have pets (currently cats and chickens) and overall have a grounding place to call my own that feels safe and secure. Volunteering my time and/or money is a nonnegotiable for me every year. A few of the organizations that hold space in my heart are the Junior League of Portland, Rose Haven, Raphael House of Portland, and Big Brother Big Sister Columbia Northwest. I sit in the cheer section for the Portland Thorns, the University of Portland Pilots Women's soccer team and any game the young people in my life play. I am an aunt, stepmom and godmother to a few of our next generation. I love meeting new people, and I would be delighted to connect with you. Introduce yourself in whatever way suits you best, and let's get to know each other!

Down payment assistance

If you're purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.

Reverse Mortgage loan

If you're retired or at least 62 years old and looking to purchase or refinance to make the most of your home investment, this may be a good option for you. A reverse mortgage allows you to use the equity in your home to supplement your retirement income.
