I’m Andrea Zundel, a mortgage advisor based in Southern Oregon’s Rogue Valley—serving Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls and the entire beautiful state of Oregon. She is the liaison between you as the buyer and our processing and underwriting team. She makes sure we have all appropriate documentation and that all underwriting conditions are met so that we can close your loan on time. She provides consistent updates throughout the process of all important milestones, and is available to address any questions along the way.
