I’m Kimiyo Fowler, and I’ve been in the home financing industry for 22 years. Over the years, I’ve come to truly love helping people navigate the often overwhelming world of home buying. As a Loan Officer, what really drives me is getting to work directly with my clients, guiding them through the process and making sure they feel comfortable and supported along the way. My goal is to take as much stress out of the equation as possible—buying a home should be exciting, not stressful!

I’m a proud Oregonian, born and raised, and I’ve been with Guild since 2019. I’ve been continually impressed by the company’s dedication to putting clients first. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my family and friends, running or hiking around Shasta Lake, or enjoying the company of my dog, Winnie. There’s nothing better than being outdoors and soaking up the beauty of nature with the people (and pets) I love!
