NMLS# 391610About me
The home loan landscape is ever-changing. At Team Case, our experienced staff works hard to provide our clients with the best and most up-to-date programs and offers in the business, delivered with a superior level of service.
To ensure a great experience, our team collaborates through three key phases of the loan:
Phase 1: Application and Documentation:
Our licensed loan officers are here to assist you in completing your application, running a pre-qualification and gathering all the required documentation needed to obtain a full pre-approval.
Phase 2: Pre-Approval:
Once we have received your application and documentation, a "loan structuring specialist" will thoroughly review the documents you have provided, get you pre-approved, and call you to review all the loan options available to you. This ensures a solid pre-approval that will decrease your stress while in contract. They are also available to run payment scenarios and write pre-approval letters as you are house hunting.
Phase 3: Closing coordinator:
Once you have selected a property, you will be assigned a closing coordinator that will hold your hand from contract to closing. They are VERY experienced and will answer all your questions, help navigate underwriting, and communicate all important milestones during the transaction.
We are here to serve our customers and appreciate you more than you know.
Thank you again for allowing Team Case to serve you!
