About Me

The home loan landscape is ever-changing. At Team Case, our experienced staff works hard to provide our clients with the best and most up-to-date programs and offers in the business, delivered with a superior level of service.

To ensure a great experience, our team collaborates through three key phases of the loan:

Phase 1: Application and Documentation:

Our licensed loan officers are here to assist you in completing your application, running a pre-qualification and gathering all the required documentation needed to obtain a full pre-approval.

Phase 2: Pre-Approval:

Once we have received your application and documentation, a "loan structuring specialist" will thoroughly review the documents you have provided, get you pre-approved, and call you to review all the loan options available to you. This ensures a solid pre-approval that will decrease your stress while in contract. They are also available to run payment scenarios and write pre-approval letters as you are house hunting.

Phase 3: Closing coordinator:

Once you have selected a property, you will be assigned a closing coordinator that will hold your hand from contract to closing. They are VERY experienced and will answer all your questions, help navigate underwriting, and communicate all important milestones during the transaction.

We are here to serve our customers and appreciate you more than you know.

Thank you again for allowing Team Case to serve you!

Let’s find the right home loan for you

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.
Down payment assistance

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.

If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.

All loans are subject to underwriter approval; terms and conditions may apply. Subject to change without notice.

Laura went above and beyond. She worked for a year with us, got us a great rate and approval for a zero down payment option. I have recommended her to several of my friends who I tend to use her. We will absolutely be using Guild for all of our mortgage needs.

Everyone who worked with us took great care of us and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for the process. We really appreciated that and were delighted with our experience.

Buying a house is a stressful endeavor. Buying a house in a rural setting is even more so, add to that these stressful times of high interest rates and uncertainty felt at times unnerving and seemingly impossible, but the Case team brought their expertise in a professional and well educated, calming fashion that eased our anxiety and ended our story with nothing but positivity. Thank you.
