What can I say about Jacob and his team... Imagine if you will, Friday afternoon, 4:00 PM, closing set for Tuesday morning, the title company calls and needs MORE documentation to verify the verifying documents you already sent for verification purposes. Uuuhhhh, What?!?! I know, that's how we felt... Called Jacob and his right hand, Thomas, and frantically attempted to explain the above statement to see what the heck and why! Jacob used his very attuned active listening skills to understand what was happening and, once we had all deciphered the title company ask, he jumped into action to make sure that we would close on time. Now, going into a three-day weekend, my wife and I had our doubts about an on-time closing, but Jacob and Thomas pulled it off! Come Tuesday morning, the title company called and said we would not need the additional verifying verification documents and would close on time! I'm not sure how he did it and I'm fine not knowing to what extent he had to go, but we are very thankful to have had him on our side. He got us the best deal for our situation and pushed it along every step of the way! Thank you so much to Jacob and his team!
