Dawn is the absolute best. When we were starting our loan, we didn't think of Guild at first, which is our mortgage servicer. We went to our credit union as a first step. What a mess that was! We felt like the officer at our CU didn't understand what she was doing at all. The CU officer literally never responded to my email asking questions, and she sent a one sentence, no punctuation email to me asking for my paperwork literally 20 days after my email asking questions. At some point in that process, I remembered how awesome Dawn was when we refinanced our home, and sent a message to her, on a Friday, with no expectation of a response until the following week. She called me Saturday. Followed up on the statements I sent her on Sunday. Had the loan in process by Monday. Don't get me wrong, I truly wish for restful weekends for Dawn, but dang! How quick! How effective! Underwriting was done and all that was needed was to sign before the CU even got back to me. I highly recommend Dawn and Guild and next time I need a loan, I will not be so foolish as to start anywhere else.
