Dawn is amazing and went above an beyond. The only reason it was an okay experience was that Chicago Title was a mess. We didn't get any information until 1-2 hours before closing as to how much was needed, and where to go. Only at the last minute did we get this information because I called for a second time and got upset. Communication with Chicago Title could be much better.
