Tyler Weber

As a mortgage professional, Tyler has quickly become a trusted lender among clients and associates. His passion for the mortgage industry was found after he spent 7 years as a realtor. Working in real estate exposed Tyler to the transactional side of homeownership, and his natural understanding of numbers drew him to the industry and eventually led to his decision to become a loan consultant. Tyler received his Bachelor's degrees from Missouri State University in Accounting and Drury University in Business Administration. His education has given him a solid foundation to provide expert guidance for his clients.

Tyler offers a variety of loan programs, including FHA, conventional, VA, USDA, and down payment assistance options through grants and Oregon state programs. He serves Southern Oregon communities, including Brookings, Grants Pass, Merlin, Myrtle Creek, Rogue River, Gold Hill, Central Point, Medford, and Jacksonville. Additionally, he serves Curry County, Josephine County, Jackson County, and Douglas County.

When it comes to his work, there’s nothing that brings Tyler more joy than helping people make financially sound decisions and taking the intimidation factor out of the homebuying process through education. Being able to make an impact on the largest financial transaction of their lives, while guiding them every step of the way, has been very rewarding. His goal is to ensure that his customers make the best mortgage choice for themselves and their families.

Tyler is married to his wife, Kayla, and together they have two sons. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time in nature, especially at national parks, traveling abroad, gardening, cooking, learning as well as health and fitness.
