Risa Monroe

As a native Oregonian, I understand the draw to our beautiful state.  I grew up in the Willamette Valley and after a brief stint out of state for college, I was excited to come back to Oregon and plant my roots.   

My husband and I love Central Oregon and have a small farm where we are raising our three boys.  We enjoy caring for our animals, the outdoors, and all that Oregon has to offer – hunting, fishing, camping, etc.   

After nearly ten years as a stay-at-home mom, I jumped at the opportunity to join Rhonda Stickney’s team here at Guild Mortgage.  I have been in the lending industry since 2020 and am proud to be part of this amazing team with over 20 years of lending experience.  Our team gives each transaction a personal touch and believes communication is key.  We are here to make sure the home buying process is smooth and guide buyers through every step from completing the initial application to the victorious close date!  We love working alongside our realtor partners to ensure each transaction is seamless.  Customer service is priority one and we will work hard to earn your trust every step of the way!
