About me

Born and raised in Eugene, I have nearly 20 years of experience in the lending and financial industries. I find myself happiest working as a mortgage lender, helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. My deep understanding of mortgage programs and guidelines ensures that I can provide clear and transparent guidance throughout the loan process. It is important to me the borrowers I work with are educated and understand the steps throughout the process, as well as how different aspects of credit scores, income, assets, and debt-to-income ratios relate to the process. It is my mission to recognize the goals of you and your family and help achieve long-term financial benchmarks. Transparency and inclusion are at the core of my approach, and I strive to make the mortgage process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. I firmly believe in speaking to a mortgage lender before you think you are ready to buy. Some people have misconceptions about what it takes to qualify and are more ready than they realize. Others might need extra work around their credit scores or budget. I often hear that people are waiting for the ‘right time’. The reality is, the right time for you is the right time for you, and only you can make that decision. Being an empowered, well-informed, pre-approved buyer puts the power of that decision in your hands. Beyond my professional life, I am an avid traveler, musician, cook (and eater), constantly seeking new experiences and knowledge. I am also a member of a vintage scooter club, where I enjoy riding and working on scooters. Family is incredibly important to me; I am the youngest of nine siblings and cherish the time I spend with my long-time spouse, adult kiddo, dog and kitty. I am on the board of Music Education & Performing Artists Associations (MEPAA), a Eugene-based 501(c)(3) that provides access to music education and the arts by removing barriers and identifying resources needed for inclusion, exploration, and success. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, experienced investor or simply looking to refinance, I am here to provide personalized support and expert advice to help you achieve your financial goals.

Let’s find the right home loan for you

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.
Down payment assistance

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.

All loans are subject to underwriter approval; terms and conditions may apply. Subject to change without notice.

Nancy was PHENOMENAL. I cannot express how her specifically, her personality, her communication style and cadence, and her informative approach was helpful and appreciated I am a very busy person. I run a state program that issues over $ 1.5 billion a year in benefits to Oregonians. Nancy supported me throughout the process and let me know with each step what was needed and when. If you don't know the amazing gem you have in Nancy, you've been informed. I hope you are compensating her as the top tier loan officer that she is.

Nancy helped me to do my very first mortgage and I could not be happier with my experience. She let me be absurdly neurotic and question every bit of the process while treating me with kindness and patience the whole time. She is the best!

Working with Nancy on the purchase of our home was a great experience. She was knowledgeable and made the whole loan process stress free. She manages the hardest part of home buying, but she made it feel so easy!
