About me
Since 2004, I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals in my community achieve their real estate dreams and financial goals. As one of Portland’s leading first-time homebuyer advocates and an established local real estate investor, I’m passionate about assisting first-time buyers with the best local area homebuyer programs. Additionally, I work with those interested in building wealth and strategically financing multiple property portfolios.
My background includes a Finance degree from Colorado State University, as well as experience in financial planning. As a Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP), I provide holistic mortgage counsel related to divorce planning.
My business is built on relationships and referrals I have earned from those whom I have helped in the past. Over the course of my career, I’ve successfully closed thousands of transactions, earning the honor of President’s Club membership every year since 2012.
Before making mortgage lending my lifelong career, I worked as a financial planner, professional craft brewer, and specialty wine sales representative. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my wife and two boys, including wing foiling, water sports, hiking, grilling, and fly fishing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Smooth transaction and upfront communication
From the first informative call with you to working with Jennifer I felt comfortable despite the lengthy delay (which was not reflective of Guild), I couldn't be happier to finally be in my new home. Everybody made it happen.

Had a good experience with Vince and his team. I had an initial consultation with Vince, then were handed off to the rest of his team for the application process through to final funding. Vince is well versed in the high variety of different programs and promotions available. We had some communication missteps along the way, but they ultimately were persistent working in our best interest to get everything addressed and moving and help our cause. I feel like things could be improved by talking with the clients to see how they would prefer to work through paperwork (for example, if they'd rather provide everything at once, or only the minimum until it's discovered that more is needed). We had a lot of back and forth that could have been minimized if more documents were requested all at once. They had a program that offered a future refinance with minimal fees, this review may change depending on how that goes in the future, I'm hoping for the best. They also did sell the loan immediately, so they may or may not continue servicing your loan, but the overall application, approval, and funding process was positive.
