Since 2004, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals in my community achieve their real estate dreams and financial goals. As one of Portland's leading first-time homebuyer advocates and an established local real estate investor, I'm passionate about assisting first-time buyers with the best local area homebuyer programs. Additionally, I work with those interested in building wealth and strategically financing multiple property portfolios. My background includes a Finance degree from Colorado State University, as well as experience in financial planning & owning and managing residential rental properties for the last 15 years. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) & Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP), I provide holistic mortgage counsel related to divorce & mortgage planning. My business is built on relationships and referrals I have earned from those whom I have helped in the past. Over the course of my career, I've successfully closed thousands of transactions, earning the honor of President's Club membership every year since 2012. Before making mortgage lending my lifelong career, I worked as a financial planner, professional craft brewer, and specialty wine sales representative. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my wife and two boys, including wing foiling, water sports, pickleball, hiking, grilling, and fly fishing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Jennifer, whose tenure spans 15 years, brings a wealth of knowledge on Guild’s loan programs, and her ability to multitask is essential in the dynamic mortgage landscape. Michelle’s uncanny knack for identifying the best combination of loan programs for any given situation showcases the team's comprehensive approach to mortgage origination.

Tammy (third from the left), after an incredible 36-year career marked by deep client relationships and helping multiple generations achieve homeownership and investment goals, retired at the end of 2025. Her legacy of excellence continues to inspire the team as they carry forward the same commitment to exceptional service and expertise.
