With a career spanning over three decades, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the mortgage advising and financing industry. After obtaining my Associate's degree in Real Estate in 1987, I spent eight years with Chrysler Plymouth Dodge before transitioning to mortgage advising in the late 90s.

I’m fluent in 1-4 unit owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied properties, with extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and government programs such as FHA, VA, and USDA loans. My success is driven by the trust and referrals from my repeat clients, their friends, and family, accounting for over 99% of my business.
