We chose to work with Quan after interviewing several loan officers recommended by our realtor. We chose her because she had a good understanding of the process, multiple years of experience, and was very honest and fact orientated which worked well with our personalities. She made the process smooth and easy and was always available to answer any questions. She was also able to get us information last minute on a Sunday night which helped us secure our new home. She even attended our signing where we got to meet her in person. We are incredibly happy that we get to work with Quan and would recommend her to anyone.

Trying to find the right home is already stressful In itself. Having a professional that helps you secure the home loan and explain it in layman’s terms cannot be undervalued. Quan was very patient and very responsive to questions and answers I had during the process. I was not rushed in any way and Quan was also flexible to meet with me around my scattered daily schedule. This was our first home buying experience and Quan was recommended by our Realtor. I had a lot of questions and Quan broke everything down to make sure we were all on the same page.
