I have been a Loan Officer since 2006, serving clients in Oregon and Washington. After graduating with a Business and German Language degree, I started my career in lending. I have worked in many areas of lending including originations, processing, loan modifications, home equity products, and loan servicing.

The thing I love most about my job is helping first time homebuyers and educating clients on the homebuying process. There is so much to navigate when looking at a mortgage, and I love being a resource for my community. In my free time, I love going to Brandi Carlile concerts, and doing barre and aerial yoga. I am also married and have a son named Chris who has a black belt in Taekwondo, and a sweet golden retriever named Charlie.

Our experience with Nicole and the refi process was great. Nicole was very quick to respond to our questions with very detailed answers, and was always friendly and professional. That being said, somewhere in your processing chain, my information was sold. Before applying for this refinance, I received maybe 2 spam calls per week. As soon as I applied, I started getting 20+ spam calls per day, along with texts. I know it's related to this refi because the texts and voicemails were all related to refinancing. You really need to check your processing chain and see who is selling user info. Because of this alone, I would hesitate to recommend Guild to a friend. And again, this has nothing to do with our experience with Nicole, so please don't count this against her.
