Kurt from RMS was super helpful and prompt with everything he did. Of the three lenders I checked with he gave me the lowest rate and the lowest one-time costs and he did that more quickly than anyone else. RMS also has an awesome phone app that helps you calculate total interest paid amortization schedules and other helpful data that lets you compare different properties/loans easily-- I found this very useful. I was going through a rough time in my life because of uncertainty related to COVID and I am sure I was annoying to deal with but Kurt was always very patient and professional. I would definitely recommend Kurt and RMS.
