I have known Nick for 30+ yrs. Played sports together and almost against each other in college lol. I have been a realtor since 2018. I was unsure if I wanted to work with Nick and team due to how long and how I value our friendship that's until the story I will mention 👇 Some people and myself at the time, very stupid of me to think like this because I was raised that if a family member or close fiend is in that space then they deserve an opportunity to earn your business or at least an opportunity out of respect. He was the lender on my house I bought 3 yrs ago.
