Michelle did an amazing job. I had never applied for a mortgage before and was truly lost in the dark regarding the entire homebuying procedure. From moment one, she was open, honest, and kind, and put my mind at ease despite the gravitas of the process. Michelle and her team were available any time I had questions or concerns, responding to texts and calls promptly with all the information I could ever need already on hand. They were incredibly thorough in compiling the paperwork for the process, and walked me through every step of the way, answering every question I had with detail, despite how naive and common-sense I am sure most of my questions were. Every hiccough and bump in the road was made infinitely smoother knowing Michelle and her team were already working on a solution or remedy before I even knew about it. Michelle even showed up to my title signing, which was both something I did not expect, and a fortuituous meeting, as she was able to immediately get into contact with her other team members and provide an explanation, and a correction, for some discrepancies on the documentation. Honestly, without her help that day, I would not have signed the paperwork, and would not have closed on my house without significant delay. I cannot overstate how easy everything was, knowing Michelle and her team were behind me. As a first-time homebuyer, the best testimonial I could possibly give is that Michelle did not make me feel like I was taking out a loan at all.
