I began my career in the housing industry as a REALTOR® in the Reno/Sparks area. With over 20 years of experience as a top producer, I fully understand the borrowers’ home buying experiences. This background enables me to bring a valuable perspective to the table.
My success was due to hard work, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail – all skills I bring to the lending profession. At The Hulbert Brazil Team, I contribute a down-to-earth approach to servicing our borrowers, a keen sense of humor and a forthright, candid manner to help connect our borrowers with homes they love.
From analyzing income and credit, to helping borrowers choose the ideal mortgage program, to ensuring an on-time closing, I work nonstop to get the results our clients deserve.
I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with an honors degree in journalism and advertising. I love Reno and Sparks’ blend of small-town friendliness and big-city style.
I am an avid design enthusiast, love to travel and spend time with my husband Chuck and our sons, Chase and Reese.
