Brandy Marshall

Brandy Marshall is a Licensed Loan Originator in Nevada and California. Being a California State University of Chico graduate, she brings to the team the knowledge and experience of the lending industry. She had the privilege to be a part of the team that opened the first Guild Mortgage office in Northern Nevada in 2006. As the company grew, she grew along with it. As the Branch Manager of the Minden and Zephyr Cove offices, she oversees the entire loan process. She sees a mortgage as a financial vehicle; not just a mortgage transaction. Her specialty is First Time Homebuyers and Self-Employed borrowers. Helping buyers realize their dreams of owning a home, is the most important aspect of her career. She believes buying a home should be “Exciting & Fun!” and as stress free as possible. She and her team of professionals are here to create “Raving Fans” for LIFE.
