Jaymie Butler Taylor from Guild Mortgage has demonstrated to me what an honest and professional person she is. Not only does she call me once in a while just to say hello but also has given me honest and good advise regarding my mortgage and how to reduce the loan term and the biggest thing for me was when I brought up refinancing , she advised me not to due to interest rates being high now and honestly, most every other mortgage loan officer or company would have jumped on it without hesitation and no regard or concern on my behalf.
