Monica is licensed in over 30 states and uses her experience and expertise to assist her clients with programs ranging from down payment assistance programs to more complex and specialized loan programs. Monica grew up in Henderson, Nevada and graduated from UNLV. She then attended Chapman University School of Law and is an attorney licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. Monica enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her two German Shorthaired Pointers, Jax and Willow.
