My husband and I bought our fist home and Shannon was our loan officer, and she was absolutely unbelievable to work with. She was fast and efficient which was perfect for our tight timeline. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she’s also the type of person who makes sure you have every answer you need and much more. She truly went above and beyond for us. Even at the escrow office she showed up just so we’d have someone there with us and made sure we understood what we were signing and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was professional, kind, and supportive from start to finish. We feel so lucky to have had Shannon guiding us through the loan process.
