Caitlyn Suzanne McPeake

Welcome! I was born and raised in Southern NJ and have lived in Las Vegas since 2015. I was a bartender for six years before getting into lending. I have worked at Guild since moving. I have been an assistant to a Loan Officer, a Loan Officer, and currently an originating Production Manager with a fantastic staff. I have experience with Downpayment Assistance loans, VA loans, Manufactured Housing, Condos, FHA loans, Conventional loans, HELOANs, and Brokered Loans. I have assisted clients in all of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Mesquite, Moapa, Sparks, Reno, and Minden. I also hold licenses in New Jersey, California, and Texas. 

A mortgage is one of the largest debts you may ever incur. There is a lot of sensitive personal information that is needed for this process. It is important to feel comfortable and trust the Loan Officer you are working with. I am very straight forward with my clients. I would describe myself as realistically pessimistic. There are many things that can go awry in the lending process. I like to make those possibilities known so that there are no surprises. I am solution oriented and will not shy away from difficult conversations. I will always be honest with you, even if that means that working with another lender is in your best interest. I take pride in helping folks work toward the goal of getting into a home. I encourage everyone to apply. I have a pretty amazing husband and together we have far too many animals - 4 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 chinchilla. I absolutely love to read. Cozy mysteries are my favorite, but I have a broad range overall. My husband and I play D&D and I will always use an eccentric accent for my character. I am a quintessential millennial who grew up on Emo music, boy bands, pop, and top 40 hits. I prefer texting and email as means of communication, but that is because I feel like my written communications are clearer than my verbal communication. I can cook well, but I excel at ordering Grubhub. I have horrible taste in movies and don't watch too much TV. My ultimate dream vacation is to visit the tortoises in the Galapagos.
