Susie always does a great job. She keeps you informed throughout the process of mortgage loans. I've had numerous closing and questions that Susie was able to answer and resolve. Hard to find a person does her job extremely well.

Where do I begin? I don't think there's enough good things I can say about the level of professionalism and service that she provided during the entire process. I had a non-standard situation due to multiple moving parts. I had to do a cash-out refi on one property from NM, HELOC on a FL property on top of me being overseas. I had a very small window for error and had to time both closing on a pre-arranged time based on my availability to go back the US, sign docs, and fly right back overseas. From start to finish, she was organized and diligent with all the required documentation. Communication was open and whenever I had a question, she was prompt and direct with her responses. Coordination was top notch and without her being on top of things, I don't think the HELOC would've gone through. I was ready to just drop it but she took it upon herself to also directly contact the HELOC officer to make sure all the necessary documentation was received on their end to make the timeline. She made the whole process so easy and cut through all the BS to prevent redundancy of effort on my end. When I say she caters to you, she caters to you. Even after she was done with her responsibilities and the loan being handed over to the underwriter, she was still on top of things and reaching out to the other parties involved to make sure this loan goes without a hitch. I know she might've ruffled some feathers internally within her company, but this is the type of individual that I would hire and choose over and over again without a doubt, no questions asked! I wish there's one of her in every state so she can handle all my future loans. I'm not big time but I've owned over 10 properties and I have never had this level of commitment, understanding and personalized (felt like it) treatment. 15 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Communication between us and Suzie was absolutely amazing! During this stressful time , Mrs Suzie was always prompt and kind with all questions. For our first home , Mrs Suzie made us feel at home with all of her advice and guidance through the process of the loan. Mrs Suzie is Absolutely amazing, I highly recommend her for anything ! Such a beautiful soul.
