Outside of her career, Sharon enjoys practicing Vinyasa and warm-flow yoga, which help her maintain balance, mindfulness, and a positive outlook. She is passionate about women’s health and wellness, with a particular interest in prenatal and perimenopausal hormonal health. Through yoga, gratitude, and intentional living, she cultivates a sense of peace and purpose that carries into both her personal and professional life.

 

Originally from Singapore, Sharon cherishes opportunities to return to her home country and spend time with her mother, sister, and extended family.
