Phil Chavez

Hey, I'm Phil Chavez, a Senior Loan Officer at Guild Mortgage in Farmington, NM. I've lived in Farmington my whole life and graduated from Farmington High. My wife and I met in high school and have been together ever since. We share four wonderful children and have amazing grandchildren. For us, life has always been full of surprises, with lots of ups and downs. We've been together since 1995! I started originating loans in 2020 and have been loving it! Throughout my life, I've always held positions where I was working with and helping customers. This is why I love my career. When I get to help people accomplish their goals and get them into their new home, whether it's their first home or not, that is what I love.
