Very smooth process

Prior to finding our perfect home for the first time, I had been trying to work with 3 other Loan Officers. Steve Sheldon, I can say is the best of the best! On 10/19, I let him know that it was very important to me to be in our home before the upcoming holidays. He gave me his word and said, "Jen I will do my very best, but I can't make any promises". He had me at those words because he was straight forward and blunt...no sugar quoting from this guy. In the end Steve proved that he was a man of his word, I received the keys before Thanksgiving. Looking back, he showed me that he was with me on my 1st Time Homebuyer Rollercoaster Ride. He also showed me that he is very hardworking and brilliant in his line of work. Throughout the 5 weeks that we worked together, Steve expressed sincerity, compassion and wit. I loved that he was very prompt to all the 100's of questions I had. He also had exceptional communication skills. I was extremely impressed with the little video updates on the progress of my loan. All I can say is, "I thank God for Steve being my #1 Loan Officer". I mean this, from the bottom of my heart because my children and I are going to be in a safe and very beautiful non-abusive home this Christmas. So far, this is the happiest the kids and I have ever been. We are already making good memories that will last a lifetime. =o)
