Steven Sheldon

I, Steve Sheldon, am locally raised and educated. I graduated from Eldorado High School and then went on to Graduate from UNM’s Anderson School of Management with a Major in Finance. I followed my education and entered the mortgage business in 1992. Since 1992, i have helped thousands of families achieve their goal of home ownership. I have helped buyers purchase their homes using many types of loans, i.e. Conventional, VA, FHA, FHA 203K, NMMFA, USDA, Section 8, and Conventional Rehab loans. I have also helped 100’s of investors achieve their investment goals through real estate. I pride myself on product knowledge, timeliness, dedication and honesty.
