I first met Carol back in 2006 when I bought my house. She was referred to me by the realtor I was working with. At the time there was a real estate bubble and I was working with one of many independent companies that was trying to train individuals to prepare home loans. Every time I called this guy he would talk about his personal life and how he was perpetually "working on the loan." In contrast, when I walked into Carol's office, she had four printouts laid out on her desk. She explained that these were four options that she found for me, then she proceeded to go over them in detail, explaining the pros and cons of each option, and which one she thought was the best fit for my situation. She went on to explain the nature of the mortgage finance business, originating companies, and points. As a first time borrower, it was all very educational and enlightening. She made the whole process simple, fast, and easy and most of all, she left me feeling confident that I had gotten the best possible deal.

Carol helped us with the refinancing of our rental property. It was a complicated transaction as we were taking the proceeds to purchase another rental property. She kept us informed through the entire process.
