I have been a mortgage loan officer 25 years and have had the pleasure of assisting borrowers at all different stages of their lives. Many first-time home buyers are young enough to be my son or daughter. My approach to guiding a person purchasing a home for the first time is to treat them the way I'd want my son or daughter to be treated. Assisting young borrowers through a process they initially perceive as insurmountable and helping them achieve the dream of home ownership is the most gratifying part of my job!
