We're originally told the fees would be around $2500 - $3500 and we're probably told that this did not include taxes and insurance I really don't recall. But at the end we had pay over $7100 which was a bit of a surprise having the thought of $3500 in our heads. My only regret is that we didn't negotiate or shop around for lower fees. Lesson learned. It's all good we're done and moving on. We ended up with RMS only because of Denise Bloom she helped us with our last refi we like her and contacted her again. We didn't know until we contacted her that she had changed mortgage companies.
Tom was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. I could not be happier that I had Tom there process my loan. Thank you Tom.
