Marleen Paquette

I am passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership, especially first-time homebuyers. With over thirty years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve held various roles including loan officer, account manager, underwriter, processor, and closing manager. I love working with first-time homebuyers and those with bruised credit, guiding them to improve their credit and attain their homeownership goals.

I am excited to continue my journey of teaching classes and helping my realtor partners succeed, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive which in turn ensures our customers’ success. It’s all about helping people and making a positive impact in their lives.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. My hobbies are yoga, reading, chicken tending, fishing and participating in community service projects. I also serve on the Board of Trustees for Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire. My Achievements are Top Women Originators 2023, Circle of Honor 2023, top New Hampshire Housing Lender 2022.
