John picked up our mortgage at the bitter end so I didn't actually talk to him. I would have appreciated a non-automated email introducing himself but honestly we were so far in the process I understand why not. I worked with Tony Raby & team from the beginning and they were all amazing. Appreciated the quick communication at all stages.

John is a consummate professional and extremely friendly and informative! We (I) enjoyed every phone call we had over the course of 1 year plus to ready for our RE FI just weeks ago. John guided us on what to do to better position ourselves for a Re Fi (when it was the best time to re fi). We followed all of his recommendations and his guidance to a very successful re fi and closing experience! John is an A++ man of his word and was extremely patient with me us and the overall process with getting out from under the RMS "rock pile"! In a way we'll miss the phone calls and comradery developed over the life of our initial home mortgage for our new "forever home" on beautiful Cape Cod.Bottom Line: John should absolutely be commended for his positivity generosity of his time his patience his guidance and ultimately laterally the ball to us for the final victory touchdown in late August 2021.THANK YOU JOHN!
