Each home loan transaction is as unique as the clients we serve. I have experience in all phases of the industry, so I understand the little things that get the loan closed quickly and efficiently. I am familiar with a significant number of loan programs that enable most home-seekers to become homebuyers. I have over 20 years of experience in lending. I joined Residential Mortgage Services in 2003 after eight years in the banking and mortgage industries, and I am eager to continue my work at Guild Mortgage! I serve as the Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer for our Nashua, New Hampshire branch. I have extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners, providing mortgages for both purchase and refinance transactions. I also teach credit courses on lending to real estate agents and holds seminars for first-time home buyers.
