As a Senior Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, I proudly serve homebuyers and homeowners throughout Nebraska and Iowa. Since beginning my mortgage career in 2001, I've helped hundreds of clients navigate the financing process with confidence, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience and a solution-focused mindset to every transaction.

 

I enjoy working with a diverse range of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, veterans, real estate investors, reverse mortgage clients, and those utilizing DSCR financing. No two borrowers are alike, which is why I believe every client deserves a mortgage strategy tailored to their unique financial goals and circumstances.

 

One of the aspects of my job I value most is building relationships and guiding clients through what can be one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. My commitment to communication means clients are never left wondering where things stand. Even when a question requires additional research, I make it a priority to stay connected, provide updates, and ensure every borrower feels supported throughout the process.

 

As a previous President's Club recipient, I am committed to continuous learning and staying informed on industry changes so I can provide the best possible guidance and solutions for my clients.

 

Outside of mortgage lending, I enjoy traveling with my husband, volunteering in my community, and spending time with family. Coming from a large family, I especially enjoy cheering on the many adventures of my 21 nieces and nephews and 16 great-nieces and nephews.
