Good people and excellent customer’s service. We could not believe that one day we would own a house. Guild mortgage through the Loan Officer turn down our worries to excitement. The loan officer work with us diligently since day one when we were introduced to her until the day when we signed the title deed. Our excitement exceed beyond when we got the physical title of the property during the closing day. One of the great experience we had was perhaps pre approved loan for a mortgage because it involves; good credit scores for both husband and wife. Thought we were excited when planning to buy a house, at the same time we were worried and nervous too. But all in all we cooled down our emotion because we were tired and frustrated because renting doesn’t help you build equity if I could guess.owning a home is better than renting.
