Since beginning my career in the mortgage industry in 1992, two things have remained at the heart of what I do: helping families build wealth through homeownership and helping mortgage professionals reach their full potential.

I began my career in mortgage operations before moving into loan origination, where I worked directly with clients to help them achieve their homeownership and financial goals, whether purchasing their first home, dream home, or vacation home.

As my career evolved, my focus shifted toward leading, coaching, and developing mortgage professionals. Today, rather than personally handling every mortgage application, I enjoy learning what a prospective borrower wants to accomplish and connecting them with the right member of my team to help them achieve their goals. I take great pride in developing mortgage professionals I trust to provide the knowledge, guidance, and service our clients deserve.

For me, it brings together the two things I have valued throughout my career: helping people experience the financial benefits of homeownership while helping talented mortgage professionals build successful careers.
