Hello! I'm Shannon Williams, a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer based in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I specialize in VA home loans and down payment assistance programs, aiming to make the dream of homeownership a reality for my clients. Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent 15 years as a math teacher in Onslow County, nurturing young minds and imparting valuable knowledge.
As a proud wife of a USMC veteran and a mother to three wonderful grown boys, I understand the importance of community and support. My passion for helping and educating others has seamlessly transitioned into my current role, where I guide clients through the mortgage process with care and expertise.
