I am Lekh Nath Sharma, and occasionally people call me Nathan, I am an experienced loan officer with Guild Mortgage Company. I am originally from Nepal, the country of Mt. Everest and the birthplace of Lord Buddha. I fluently speak, read, and write Nepali, Hindi, and English. Through my multilingual skills, I have given full confidence to the loan borrowers, home buyers, sellers, and builders, whereas those community members have fully benefited through my communication ability.

I am actively participating in Nepalese Societies and Organizations in the North Carolina and Georgia regions. I am well-experienced in all mortgage loan products for Primary, Second Home, Investment, Refinance, and Construction loans.
