With 29 years of mortgage lending experience, I help homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and real estate professionals find financing solutions that fit their goals. I'm licensed in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. I'm based in the Wilmington, NC area and work with Guild Mortgage's High Point office, serving clients locally and remotely throughout all three states. I also maintain longstanding relationships throughout Western North Carolina, where I spent many years living and working in the Lenoir area.

My goal is simple: make the mortgage process easy to understand, smooth, and as stress-free as possible. In addition to my mortgage experience, I'm a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor. This gives me a unique perspective when helping clients finance manufactured homes, single-wide and double-wide homes, modular homes, land-home packages, renovation projects, and new construction. Understanding both the lending and construction sides helps me anticipate potential challenges and identify financing solutions that may not be obvious in a traditional mortgage transaction.

I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and the mortgage process can feel overwhelming. I take pride in explaining loan programs and financing concepts in plain language and guiding clients step-by-step from application through closing.
