Donna Kritcher and her team in the High Point office of AmeriFirst Mortgage are professional, honest, and are not afraid to work hard. Our situation dealt with inaccurate reporting from another well-known national lender which did prevent us from obtaining a mortgage at other institutions. Like most large companies the old lender was not interested in correcting its mistakes, so Danna and her team buckled-up for the long-haul and guided our family through the government bureaucracy to get the Federal government to correct the reporting issues of that other lender.
