Lorrie was very kind, helpful and patient. She was available whenever I needed her either by phone,text or email. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was in order to get a clear to close. I did a new build that took 10 mths but she checked in often and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. She also has an amazing team, they all work well together and are all knowledgeable in their individual positions, which made everything come together smoothly. What can we say??? We're now living in a beautiful home we got for our babies with the help of one of the best senior loan officers! My husband and I started off as clients of hers around last year January or so. It was not easy in the beginning but with the hard work and determination from Mrs Lorrie, we made it to the finished line. We went from being denied immediately, to signing a contract and not being able to close to now closing on a home within this past year. We signed this recent contract in March and was able to close in April!!! I felt I had the best team yet with Mrs Lorrie, her assistant Mrs Alicia, our agent Mrs Bridget & our closing rep Kayla Clemons; my fantastic 4.
