Sheri Pexa

Hello!  My name is Sheri Pexa.  I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 1998.  My extensive experience includes not only originating mortgage loans, but I’ve also owned/operated a loan processing company, owned/operated a mortgage company, managed operations teams, and branches in Montana & South Dakota.   I love what I do, and I want to provide every single client with options that will best suit their mortgage needs.  I’m a problem solver and enjoy the analytical side of mortgages, I’m a guideline geek and if I don’t know the answer, I won’t look for an easy way out, I’ll get the answer from my amazing underwriting team or my valued and experienced mortgage friends.

I love the smile on the faces of happy clients.  It is fulfilling and heartwarming when I’m told “I never thought buying a home was in the cards for me” or “I’m the first in my family to own a home”.   This is what it’s all about for me.  I am committed to working hard for you.  When you work with me, you are not just “another transaction or loan”, I will treat you with compassion and respect.  I will help you achieve your financing goals.  I’m an avid supporter and believer in homeownership and it’s my goal to help people invest their money for their future.
