As the Branch Manager of the Washington location of Guild Mortgage, Kevin O'Connell's primary focus is to facilitate the needs of homeowners’ in Franklin County and the surrounding counties of Warren, Jefferson, Crawford & St. Louis. By maintaining strong ties to the Board of Realtors, small businesses and other local communities, Kevin delivers Guild’s version of top quality mortgage banking directly to the market.

Kevin doesn’t try to replace a financial advisor but can definitely help manage finances from a mortgage perspective. A tenured mortgage banker can show you the many ways to reduce debt, maximize deductions and restructure investments.

Kevin has been in the mortgage industry since 1997. With Guild’s expanded product line, Kevin services not only the specific needs of the residential homeowner but also needs of the rural homeowner. His everyday focus is to be proficient with USDA loans, farm loans & land loans, including FHA, VA and Conventional lending.

I focus on communication and service in an effort to build the trust that is needed for a lasting business relationship. Kevin strives to meet the needs of his clients in Wildwood, Ballwin, Eureka, Pacific, Washington & surrounding areas. Kevin is a graduate of Maryville University and lives with his wife Kelly and three daughters in Franklin County.
